Electroacoustic Music in Latin America

As part of the research series at the University of Birmingham, guest speakers Jorge Garcia (Colombia) of Los Andes University in Bogotá, and Rajmil Fischman (Peru/UK) of Keele University, will speak on both the history and practice of electronic music within this vast and diverse region, as well as aspects of their own work.

This will be preceded by a MiniBEAST concert featuring music of Latin America, in the Dome Room, Bramall Music Building at 11:30 (info).
